It all starts with a conversation! Whether over the phone or in person,this initial conversation is designed to help guide the client through the process, answer any questions, and provide clarity as they begin planning their future project.
Pre-Construction
This is where vision meets preparation. Through thoughtful planning, design development, budgeting, and coordination, I work through the details, anticipate challenges, and establish a clear foundation for the work ahead.
Construction
Everything starts coming together! I oversee each stage of the build, coordinate the work, and focus on the details that turn your plans into a finished home.
Post Construction
Once construction is complete, I focus on the finishing touches, final walkthrough, and any remaining details. My goal is to build long lasting relationships with my clients, that's why I offer ongoing maintenance and repair support for the life of the house.

How long does it take to build an house?
There are several factors to consider when estimating a project’s timeline, including the size of the home, the types of selections and finishes, supply and demand, and weather conditions. Taking all of these factors into account, a custom home typically takes approximately 6–8 months to complete.
How does a builder typically structure their pricing when building a home?
I operate on a cost-plus contract. Simply put, this means my fee is calculated as a percentage of the total cost to build your home.
